🚀 Project Management in Action

An overview of the project and program structure, project roles, and execution flow.

Project Organisation
project and program structure

This project and program structure illustrates the typical structure of a program composed of multiple projects. Under the CEO’s leadership, a Program Manager oversees three Project Managers, each responsible for a specific project. Every project team brings together cross-functional profiles (developer, engineer, QA tester) selected based on project needs. This structure enables strategic coordination at the program level while ensuring focused operational management within each individual project.

Project Flow
Project flow

Our project process is designed around clarity, structure, and decision-making checkpoints. It begins with a definition phase where specifications, objectives, and a high-level plan are established. Once the foundation is set, the project moves into the kick-off phase, where the budget, timeline, and key milestones are presented for initial management approval. Execution then proceeds in phases, guided by cross-functional teams, with progress evaluated at defined gates. At each gate, the management team assesses whether the project is ready to advance. The final stage involves the qualification and delivery of the product, followed by a structured handover to production or operations teams. This process ensures that projects stay aligned with business goals, timelines, and quality standards from start to finish.

Progress Tracking

  • 45-degree timeline chart shows planned vs. actual progress
